Tim McManamon, CPA

Tim McManamon is the founding director of McManamon & Co. and has more than 40 years of experience providing individuals and closely held companies with personalized accounting assistance.

He is an experienced business valuation professional, and his valuation expertise spans across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, health care, professional services and retail. Tim’s valuations and advice have been used to navigate estate and gift taxes, purchases and sales of businesses, buy/sell agreements and litigation.

His litigation support and business valuation practice covers a broad range of industries, including construction, services, manufacturing, health care and distribution, and he has provided expert testimony on several occasions.

Tim also acts as a financial reporting and tax consultant, tax advisor and management advisor, frequently working with clients on tax strategies, construction claims, and financial and business planning.

Tim has been married to his wife, Mary, for more than 40 years, and they have two children and four grandchildren. He is an avid golfer, and spends as much time as possible at his home on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina. Tim also enjoys sports, cycling, traveling and gardening. He is a coach at The First Tee of Cleveland, a not-for-profit organization that teaches life skills and values to kids of all ages through the game of golf.
